I really doubt if the author actually knows to code. he said he is a senior developer with over 20 years of experience. This is complete bullshit.

Please learn something before criticizing it. I think you don't even know HTML and CSS yet. Please do watch some YouTube videos at least. Learn how to hack NASA by using HTML. You will get some exciting videos about that. And you will be super encharged after watching them. You will get a goosebump on how someone can really hack NASA using 80's tech. This is awesome please try it.
